Algorithms disabled

I have the following data set orange_small_test (25 MB) (from the KDD World Cup 2009)
When I open it in Weka 3.7 I convert the last 41 attributes to be nominal.
I want to perform DT or Logarithmic Regression but they are disabled.
What should I do?
