Here I am using Community Edition of 5.1
I have scheduled a report in local server 8080. I'm able to receive mail attachment of excel format of report.
Before scheduling the report in Administration i have given mail server settings like below
Hostname: 126.22.100.50
Port:25
Checked on use authentication
Username: admin
Password: password
Server type: SMTP
Server from address: my mail id
Email from name: BI Team
After giving these settings, i have tested sending Test EMail Configuration
I have received mail.
After this i have scheduled report and received mail with attachment excel format of report
But, Here my Issue is While doing the same process in production with same server settings
Hostname: 126.22.100.50
Port:25

Server from address: my mail id
Email from name: BI Team
Here, i'm able to receive Test Mail Configuration mail to my mail id
But, After scheduling report, i'm not able to receive mail
Can Any one Solve this Issue
