Schedule Report in BI server 5.1 Comm.Edition not getting Email Attachment of excel

Hi All,


I have scheduled a report in pentaho bi server 5.1 to get email attachment with excel format of report in localhost 8080 it is running successfully

The same process, while coming to production im not able to get mail after setting mail server settings as well.


Here, i'm able to get TestEmailConfiguration
Will be there any different process between community edition and enterprise edition in bi server to schedule a report for excel format attachment


Can u guide me about this issue
