Pentaho Language Pack

Hi ,
I have a requirement where I require Malayalam language to be integrated with Pentaho. I have already installed the Pentaho language pack and other languages like Hindi,French is working but there is no option for Malayalam. Is there an option where we can create a new language and introduce it into the language pack. Please let me know if its possible. A little urgent for this requirement.
