Saving transformation to BI platform

Hello:

have managed to configure the BI platform to use Jackrabbit in MySQL but now unsure how one saves a transformation from Spoon to it so that it may be run under a scheduled job ? Have looked at the documentation and confused so any help would be gratefully appreciated.
