Insert/Update works but throws "Duplicate PK error"

Hi,

I am running an Insert/Update transformation on my DB. As far as I can tell inserting rows as well as updating existing ones does work fine but the transformation always ends by throwing the following error:


2015/08/21 13:34:40 - Table output.0 - Error updating batch
2015/08/21 13:34:40 - Table output.0 - Duplicate entry '70' for key 'PRIMARY'

Where "70" is always the highest PK present in the DB.

The Insert/Update relation looks like this:

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. In my desperation I also tried setting ID to not updating. Exactly the same result.
