Passing parameter from main job to sub job.

Hi

Thanks in advance for reading the post. I tried a lot but it is not working.

Here it goes,

I have a parameter set in main job. In the sub job step of main job, I copied the main parameter to another name and passing it to sub job but the sub job is not getting the value of the parameter when trying to use. Please find the attachment and advise.
