DI Server in Community Edition

Hi,

After searching for two days, I am yet to find any sort of answer on this so thought I'd try here.
Pentaho Enterprise has a new DI Server component (not Carte) but I cannot find any mention of this in the Community Edition on Sourceforge. The only server component there is the BA Server. I tried this but it does not seem to contain any DI components.

Is DI Server included in any way in CE?
If so, where can I find it and how do I use it? If not, is there a reason for this?

The reason I ask this is that Carte does not have (or at least there is no documentation of) support for the new Data Services feature. This is something I would very much like to take advantage of but without server-side support it is useless.
