Pentaho kittle - Load field in TEXT data type in SQL Server

Hi,

I am receiving a text file that need to be loaded in SQL Server database. The file has binary fields that need to be loaded into TEXT field type in SQL server.
The field has description which can have html tags , binary data such as images and with length greater than 2000.

When it try to read and insert and update the data in the table, it takes lot of time more than 3 hours for 5000 records.

I tried to use

1) Update task
2) Syncronize after merge
3) Change number of copies to start [This create deadlock in SQL server]

I am not sure what's the best way to load and update the TEXT data type field in Pentaho?
