"Create a Zip File" and file dates

Is there anyway to get the "Create a Zip File" Job step to preserve the original file dates as I need this for audit and traceability.

The step is datetime stamping all the files with the date they were added to the zip comperssions. I've check this with WinZip and 7-zip and both preserve the original dates.
