How to publish table input records(20 rec summary table)to the body of email content?

Hi everyone,


I am trying to publish table input records to the body of email content. It's going to be approximately 20 records that needs to be published.
The requirement is very specific I can't attach the content in a file, it should be in the body of the email.


Following is the sample content and the steps I am using. I am getting one email per record and one for the header, when I expected result was one email altogether.
