ERROR [WebjarsURLConnection] Error Transforming zip

I have downloaded pdi-ce-6.0.1.0-386.My operating system is in windows 7.If i schedule the job using kitchen.In the log file i am getting this ERROR [WebjarsURLConnection] Error Transforming zip.Sometimes with this error also job completing successfully .But some times it not responding in the middle and hanging and not writing any information in the log file.Please help me to how to solve this issue in windows environment.
