Error - Automated Documentation using kettle cookbook ( PDI 4.4.0)

We are using kettlecookbook_45 for automated documentation of jobs/transformations. but we are not getting proper HTML pages as it is missing filter rows step conditions, set variables variables, Shell script.

Could you help me that how we can generate full fledge HTML pages fo jobs/transformations using kettlecookbook?

We are running this cookbook in pdi 4.4.0 and OS is windows 7
