CDE doesn't work: browser fails GET requests to pentaho-cdf-dd/resources folder

My CDE won't work. When I view the browser errors, it seems that it fails every

http://localhost:8080/pentaho/conten...ce/resources/*
and http://localhost:8080/pentaho/conten...ce/resources/* request.

I cannot find why this isn't working. I've compared to the same exact thing I have installed on 2 different machines, and cannot find any difference. (it works on the other 2 machines).

This problematic machine gives me HTTP Status 500 when I try to open a CDE dashboard.
