Kettle step for Postgres 9.5 upsert?

As of Postgres 9.5, UPSERT is now supported. I know Kettle has the "Insert / Update" step but that doesn't seem to leverage this new function. I also found the "Execute SQL script" step but that doesn't seem to handle batches, and executing a large batch row by row can be expensive on the DB side.

Are there any other Kettle steps that I just simply missed or are there any plans to incorporate this functionality into Kettle? Thanks for any info and apologies if this was already posted. My search/Google skills have failed me.
