Parsing XML with same Feild name

Hi all,
I am new to pentaho and I am trying to parse an XML file which has same field name (please see the screenshot and file below). I need to get the attribute names and their data into a MySQL table. I have tried with "get data from XML" stage but it doesn't loop through the actual attribute field. How do i parse these types of XML .

Please suggest how to do this.
