Pentaho Interactive Reporting Date time usage

Hello Everyone,

I am a new Pentaho user and am evaluating if we can use Pentaho for our reporting. I am looking to filter
data for an interactive report where a user can select data based on date and time range. Currently when
I use a Date Picker or even a text box to select / enter time, by default it rounds the date to yyyy-MM-dd
and does not consider the hours, minutes and seconds. I want to be a able to filter data when I compare
to a date column to select data within the hours, minutes, seconds etc. Is there a way we can do that?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Pleae let me know if you need any further information.
