Mysql,ERROR, Communications link failure > 7200s

case:
kettle 4.4
　mysql 5.5 : default setting(all system settings)
jdbc 5.1.17.jar
Linux Centos 5.8 x64

kettle Call DB Procedure(usp_bv_daily_proc_1) ,
"usp_bv_daily_proc_1" takes 1.5 hours in mysql, and finished!
but kettle can't get this result, 2 hours later, throw error red-context


Any one has suggest for this one?
