string to date problem

Hello,
I have been using "Select values" step for converting strings like 21.01.1998 to date format without a problems.
But now I have a trouble. I need to convert string in a format like 22.06.11 to a date format. When i use "Select values" step there is an error: Unparseable date..

I think the problem is the year because Kettle can't recognize if means 2011 or 1911 etc..
Can someone help me how to solve it? My idea is to add "20" after the 6th character so the format would be like 22.06.2011 and the "Select values" step should work after that change.
