Migrate 300 table of AS400 data to MySQL

Hi,
I have 300 table data in as400 and i want to migrate it into mysql.
I have successfully migrated two tables at once.
for first table, the step that i take is:
input table (as400) --> text file output --> output table (mysql)
the second table is similar with the first one.
the question is, do I have to make the step for each table? (300 of table)
because I think it really takes a long time to complete and costly.
is there anyone who can give me a clue, what is the effective ways?
