Placement of Menu item

Hi all,

I am trying create a menu item under a main menu item called FILE. I am facing problem in placing that menu item. In plugin.xml if i use an option of "how=Last_child", Menu Item will appear after "Log Out" but what i need is I need to place that item before Log out. So please can some one guied me to achive the task.
