Single select list of values in Pentaho CDE

Hi forum,

How can I get list of values from database query to single select list of values component ?

Arg, Value are there in Array ?
What is Arg meant for & Value meant for if I get different columns let's say A,B,C,D from query ?

i.e, I do not want to hard code the values but want to fetch from query and use in list of values ?
