Hello All,
I am currently working on setting up a test environment of Pentaho on a Debian VM machine. Our system setup is as follows, we have a virtual machine host computer with a static IP set up on our network. On the host computer, I am planning to run 2 Debian VMs, one for a production environment and 1 for a test environment. The traffic to and from the VMs will be through the host computer and forwarded to the correct ports on the VM. So far, I have been able to set up the BA server and enterprise console successfully as shown below:
User Console: VM_IP:8080 and is accessible from our network at HOST_IP:9004
Enterprise Console: VM_IP:8088 and is accessible from our network at HOST_IP:9005
DI Server: VM_IP:9080 and is not accessible from our network although the traffic is being forwarded to port 9002.
The DI server is running and is accessible from the VM_IP:9080. The port forwarding rules are set up in an identical manner for the DI server as the User Console and Enterprise Console. I am at a loss on what could be wrong. Anybody have experience in setting this up that may be able to lend a hand?
Thanks,
Chris
