Pentaho BI Server 4.8 on Postgres 9.x and Apache Tomcat

Hi all,

I am looking for a manual/tutorial on how to setup the BI Server 4.8 with a Postgres database and an Apache Tomcat server.
So far I have found this one http://www.prashantraju.com/projects/pentaho/ which is a really great starter but seems to differ in some aspects to 4.8

Does anybody here know if there is a good tutorial out there available?
