Convert COLUMNS to ROWS

hi all

would someone give me a clue in how i convert the names of columns into values. Say i have column names a,b,c,.... and a dimension with one attribute. i must insert the names of columns as values of the attribute in my dimension. Like follows:

dimensionX
id_dimensionx, namex
1,a
2,b
3,c
...

Row normaliser step looks to concern only pivot tables in excel only.

any help is very much appreciated. thank you in advance.
