Unable to generate report in Pdf Format

HI All,

I'm using pentaho report designer 3.9.1 on Ubuntu 12.0.4 -32 bit.
The report gets generates in all format excluding PDF format.
I dont know whats the problem in generating the PDF.
It dont even provides error on clicking the PDF in run tab.

Please let me know what would be the reason for this and how to fix this.
