Cannot Display chart and picture in HTML output

Hi every body,

I've designed a report using Pentaho Report Designer 3.9.1

The report contain a chart and a picture (embed in Report). Everythink is ok in editor but when I publish the report, it couldn't display the chart and the picture in HTML output. The other output format is ok.

Is someone can help me to resolve my problem ?
