/Pentaho Giving me 404 Error. HELP PLEASE!

I have tried for hours, im using jdk 6.0_35, ive set all the path, java_home, and other variables to point to the right things and am using tomcat 6.35 instead of the tomcat6.0.29 it comes with it still will not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
