remote engine on windows PCs

Hello everybody,

I would like to have a possibility to start weka classification either on other core of my PC or on another PC in my home network - I see this posibility in Explorer as a 'run on server'

I tried already to start remoteEngine on my PC but failed.

Can you give me the exact steps how to do it under Windows ??
