Pentaho BA installation

Hi,

I have downloaded biserver-ce-5.0.1-stable.zip for windows 64bit machine.

Does simply extracting the zip install pentaho bi server with all the components?

IF not ,what are the steps needs to be followed to install pentahoBA server ? Even i saw the BA server installation manual but did not understood clearly.So pls help in installation.
