Multilayer Perceptron in WEKA

I have been searching Youtube and online sources to find a good tutorial on building a neural network using MLP in WEKA, including a manual not autobuild. Something like this but with visuals & voiceover to discuss the parameter options.

Has anyone come across an online tutorial geared to new users? I noticed that the recent MOOC tutorials published by Univ of Waikato did not include one on this topic. Presumably it's a bit more advanced?
