Step copies configurable !!

Please, any suggestion how can i make a step copies configurable?

For example,

I have UDJC step, How can i make dynamic copies based on the value configured in run.ini file?

If property in UDJC_STEP_COPIES=5, then the transformation should run with 5 copies of the same step.
