Parameters pass to Execute a Shell Script

This is somewhat an extension of a question I asked the other day, but I am trying to put in as many variables in my transform/Job steps as possible. If I create a new set of Parameters at the Job level, could I pass them into the Script tab? ex. ${Exe_Location}${Class_ID}text text text ${Output_file_location}
