How to connect oracle APEX with kettle(spoon)

Hi all,
Need your help to connect kettle(data integration) with oracle 11g release2 APEX. I used JDBC to connect. But it ends up with "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" error.
Actually what i am trying to do is, to load data from excel to database table(no datas in it) created in APEX. always it throws the above error. Can anyone help me in this issue. Pleaseeee. I have attached Screen shot for your reference. PLEASE Help me.
