How to change username and password of prpt connection without open it at production

HI !

We are creating prpt files on test instance , we want to migrate it on production instance with the help of DBA.

so how can we migrate it without open at production side for changing user and password.

DBA can directly migrate it by command line entering username and password .

can anybody help me??
