I am building a report similar to one that can be produced in QuickBooks or PeachTree. I am sorting records from a General Ledger by several categories. These are then produced in the report as lists, which can be several pages long. My problem is two-fold:
1. The page footer only appears on the last page of the document (as opposed to on every page).
2. On pages 2 - X, the Details section does not respect the spatial limits of the Page Header. Oftentimes, Details appear behind the Page Header, instead of directly below it. How can I establish a pad between where the Page Header ends and the Detail/Groups begin?
