PME 5.0 Not Reading Existing Repository

I just recently downloaded the new version of PME for Pentaho 5. After setting up the repository files in the metadata-editor/jdbc directory (copied over the files from the older version) and launching the editor, I'm finding its not able to read my domains. Is there some kind of repository conversion step that I've missed? (Also, it's not logging anything to the logging display, which is kind of disappointing.)

(Using the metadata editor.app on Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks); Repository is in a (remote) Postgres database.)
