Report's Locale from Datasource

Hello,

Is that possible to pass a parameter in the Configuration environment.designtime.Locale ?
something like environment.designtime.Locale = ${customer_lang} where customer_lang is taken from a Datasource?

If not, where can I force the report to take the customer_lang as environment Locale?
