continue customize mantle folder pentaho

Dear all,
My Pentaho User Console do not display the Browser at first time login.I know we must to change property showSolutionBrowser from false to true in SolutionBrowserPerspective class.But In my case,I can not build new matle zip to change.I keep continous process of mantle folder which the previous persion created. How can I do for this problem ?
