Problems sharing PRD reports in user console.

We are creating reports in PRD and publishing to BI server 4.8. These reports are viewable in User Console (by the user that published the report), but not "sharable". In user console, you can right-click on a report name, and you'll see the "share" function in the context menu. But when we select this function, we get an error: "could not get properties". Thus we cannot choose users to share the report with.

Any suggestions for fixing this?
