Customizing Pentaho 5.0 Interface, Menus etc

Hi,

I am trying to customize the Pentaho bi server web interface. I found some nice tutorials and videos on the web, however, those instructions are for version ~3. So I am not able to follow which all files needs to be modified. One strange thing is, that mentle-*.jar is missing from version 5 package.

I modified the appearance using styles and html that was available, but can not figure out further customizations.

Is there any good tutorials/links which guides on the structural changes between older version and version 5 so that I can try to figure out how to do the rest.
