Show report in web

Hi, i´m new here, i´m starting to develop with Pentaho, I think that it´s a great solution for BI.
I need help with a problem.

I need show Pentaho report in html web, how can I show the report embedded in html web page?

In other case, how can I call the report with parameters? I want that the report show the information depends of input parameters.
