CDC Page not rendering

I'm having a problem getting CDC to render and I'm not entirely sure why. When I click on the CDC Plugin Icon, I get the following log lines in catalina.out.

I have a second Pentaho machine that is correctly, it logs only the first two lines:

I'm struggling with what is actually not working here. Any suggestion would be helpful!
