Can I use Kettle 5.0 with Pentaho BA 4.8 ?

Hi,

We have installed pentaho BA 4.8 ,

we are using kettle 4.3 and now I want to use kettle 5.0,

I am using kettle as a separate and jobs are running using Shell script and Job scheduler, there are no any direct interaction of BA 4.8 and kettle.

So can I update and using kettle 5.0 like this ?
