CDE and CTOOLS not showing in Internet Explorer (IE 10,11)

I am using Pentaho CDE (v.4.8) on linux server. The Dasboards appear correctly with browser mozilla (Firefox), chrome .. but not with internet explorer and safari.
There are settings to configure these browsers?
I'm also using dial component. These components are NOT displayed in Internet Explorer (IE 10, 11).
How can I fix this malfunction?
