add phone library (jar files) to biserver for use in CDE (javascript)

Greetings.

I have a dashboard that presents a phone number on it.
I can use this phone library with PDI to provide additional details and would like to use these same additional details as a JS alert on a table.

My best guess was to copy the jar files to tomcat/lib and restart the BI server; but the methods were not available in JS once I tried.

This is the thread I opened to get this going in PDI and it provides some insight to what the library does.

Any thoughts on how I can use the library in CDE?
