We have a requirement to read the data from JSON file and load into oracle stage database. How do we get a count of records read from JSON and written to LOG table in oracle. I am using Kettle/spoon ver 5.0,2.
In prodding for a solution found the "Aggregate Rows" is deprecated. I could use that to get count of number of records and may have to call DB procedure (should be custom written by us) to get the record count to logi table. Is there any other alternative way to achive this within pentaho tranformation?
