Issue with the Get a file with FTP

Hi All,

I am trying to download the file from FTP server using the "Get a file with FTP" step.But getting the following error.

I am using the Operating system linux "CentOS 5.8".Dont know what is the exact reason.Can you please let me know what to do on this ?
