The entity "nbsp" was referenced but not declared

I just saw this error message for the first time on the console since I can neither refreshr the global variable BI or anything
when I try to refresh the global variables for example I see this message:
[fr_71] Error while trying to execute startup sequence for org.pentaho.platform.plugin.action.mondrian.MondrianSystemListener</td></tr>

also when I try accessing the Pentaho User Console I see this error message

[fr_49] One or more system listeners failed. These are set in the systemListeners.xml.
PentahoSystem.ERROR_0014 - [fr_71] Error while trying to execute startup sequence for org.pentaho.platform.plugin.action.mondrian.MondrianSystemListener
