Hello,
I was configuring Pentaho after the installation on a machine running Red Hat. I was experiencing some poor performances of the BA server, thus, I decided to log out and then restart the process by using the ctlscript (or something similar) in the pentaho folder.
After starting again the server, I found that I cannot access the BA server anymore. In the pentaho.log file I found the following error trace:
http://pastebin.com/MrCnkK0c
Now, when I try to connect to the ba server through the browser, nothing happens until the browser timeout expires and an error message appears.
I tried to kill all processes related to Pentaho and start again the server without any success. I also tried to change the port where the tomcat server is listening to and now I get a 404 message from Tomcat (like this http://kb.globalscape.com/attachment...omcatError.PNG)
I hope somebody could help me in troubleshooting this...
Thanks in advance!
